The name Mr Salami was chosen to represent the famous scrumptious processed meat of South Africa to indulge the locals. In 2020, they added the production of their own meat products like marinades, burgers, sausages and chicken hams.

To provide a more professional service, they expanded their business in 2021 and extended the store in order to provide exceptional services to their customers whilst becoming the butchery of choice in Mauritius.  Mr Salami Ltd now specializes in fresh cut , cleaned and flavorous marinated poultry, lamb and beef steaks, delectable healthy, MDM free processed food products, South African spices, dips& sauces and a wide range of other food items.
